Peace With God
God loves you and has a Perfect Plan for your Life. You can have a Personal Relationship with God through Jesus Christ our Lord.
He wants to give you an Abundant and Eternal Life!
(John 10:10; Acts 4:12)
Here’s how!
Man's Problem
Sin & Separation
Realize you have been separated from God
(Genesis 3:1-24;Psalm 51:4; Isaiah 59:2; Romans 3:10,23,6:23)
God created man in His own image with a free will. Man chose to sin, disobeying and rebelling against God.
The result of man’s sin is an eternity separated from God.
No matter how good a life we try to live, we all still fall short of His glory missing the mark.
Repent
Repent of your sin.
(Luke 13:3; Romans 6:23;1 John 1:9-2:1)
The Bible tells us, "Repent of your sins and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped away."
The word repent means to change our mind so we can change our direction in life.
God's Solution
The Cross
Recognize that Jesus Christ is the ONLY solution to our sin problem.
When He died on the cross and paid the penalty for our sin, bridging the gap between God and Man.
(John 3:16-17; Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 5:6-8;10:9-10; 1 Timothy 2:5)
The Bible tells us that "God showed His great love for us by sending Christ to die for us while we were still sinners."
The Good News is that God loves us so much that when we least deserved it, He sent His only Son to die in our place.
Man's Response
Recieve Christ
We must Trust Jesus as our Savior and Follow Him as Lord
(John 1:12, 5:24,11:25; Romans 10:13;Galatians 2:20; 1 John 5:11-13; Revelation 3:20)
Becoming a Christian is not merely believing some creed, being baptized, doing good deeds or going to church. It is having the Lord Jesus Christ Himself take residence in your heart, in the person of the Holy Spirit, allowing Him to rule and literally change your life. Jesus said, "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in . . ."
If you would like to have a relationship with Christ, simply pray this prayer and mean it in your heart. Then you will experience His love, joy, peace, and forgiveness!
"Dear Jesus, I confess I am a sinner. I believe You died on the cross and rose from the grave for my sins. I want to turn from my sins. I open the door of my heart and life to You! I trust You as my personal Savior and I trust to follow You as my LORD! Thank You for saving me. In Jesus name, Amen!"
